Live Long and Trossper

Laysan albatross spend about 90% of their lives airborne—a life which we now know can exceed 60 years old.  They can fly for long hours, even days, without flapping their wings.  They routinely travel from Hawaii to Alaska and back to catch and deliver lunch for their one chick, a distance equal to flying from San Francisco to New York roundtrip.
